I picked these up recently for a friend & I could not resist picking up a few for myself.
After swatching them on I am finding that each color has their own formula...The creams apply better than the shimmer ones. The creams apply gorgeously with 3 coats of wear, whereas the shimmer varnishes dry in a dull matte (I strongly suggest a topcoat)
Personally, I don't find them to be the best thing since sliced bread, but they're fun & the packaging is rather cute, no?...I don't think I will be purchasing anymore shimmer varnishes (don't hold me to it!) creams, however will be a different story

purple and red are my fav! red reminds me of essie clambake and too too hot (i love wearing orangey reds in the summer). where is castle dew sold? is it just a nail polish brand?
